Overview

APS-50 is the ultimate Total Conversation softphone. Up to 8 simultaneous SIP registrars can be confgured for Voice, Video and Real Time Text Communication.

APS-50 is extremely easy to use with a minimal number of buttons, and functions that are designed around making high quality video calls.

Optimised for users who are deaf or Hard of Hearing

Because the APS-50 CCC is optimised for video calling by the deaf and hard of hearing users it means that the video quality and high frames will suite all users. Video frame rates are increased to enable the use of sign language, and real time text chat both enhances and acts as a backup to this capability. Because the APS-50 has been developed around the needs of its users, a range of features such as a flashing screen and an external flashing device have been incorporated to alert users of incoming calls. Video mail includes a facility to view video mail from an email link.

On-board Diagnostics

Enhanced diagnostics allow an agent to identify issues, and report them. It is also possible to view call statistics including data rate, negotiated codecs, packet loss to provide rapid troubleshooting and maximum uptime.
