Simple telephone user interface
The user interface has been designed to allow the phone to be used just as you would use a regular telephone. Pick up the handset, dial the number and select the type of call you want to make (audio or audio with video).

Graphical telephone directory
One of the unique features of the AP-100 is the ability to store and search through your telephone directory with thumbnail images. This enables the search to be carried out quickly and more effectively than other text only based directory listings.

Extensive call logging facilities
Call logging of 100+ calls showing incoming/outgoing and missed calls.

10 number speed dial
Speed dialing is a one-touch feature; just hold down the keypad buttons 0-9 for more than 1 second and the phone will display an on-screen message that a call is now in progress to the stored speed dial number.

Audio mute & video freeze privacy modes
Both audio and video transmission can be halted/restarted to enable private conversations to be held whilst in a call.

Illuminated ring indicators on base and display
Illuminated ring indicators are provided for users with impaired hearing this feature ensures that an incoming call is recognised.

Web browser
The Espial® web browser ensures that most web sites are accessible via the built in web browser.

Focus free internal colour camera
The camera is factory set to work between 0.4-2m, leaving the user safe in the knowledge of always being in focus.

Self-view
The self-view option allows the user to see what video the far end will be receiving. This image can be resized and moved around the screen or turned off.

Customisable wall paper
Wallpaper can be loaded into the phone to show a corporate logo or other information as the backdrop to the user interface.

Real time clock / SNTP support
By connecting the phone to a SNTP server and using the appropriate offset, the time shown on the phone will always be correct.
