Like all AuPix video clients, the agent software is firewall friendly and may be used in a home or office location without the need to change the settings on a typical stateful firewall.

Agents are presented with client information such as their intended call destination if in video relay mode.

Powerful H.264 video encoding is optimised for sign language interpretation with high frame rates at typical broadband speeds.
